Based in the West Midlands, I bring over 20 years of experience across an enormous range of indirect goods and services - from deaf support services to uniforms, lab equipment to outsourced cleaning, and most things in between.

In recent years AGM has specialised in further and higher education procurement. I work daily with the Procurement Act 2023, its predecessor the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, and the consortia frameworks the sector relies on. That specialism transfers: the same principles apply in any sector, for buyers and suppliers alike.

AGM was born from my frustration. Working in corporate environments I was repeatedly approached by expensive consultancies armed with standard templates and promises of significant savings - without even understanding what their prospective client already did well.  

 

My aim was to bridge that gap, specialist, professional guidance and custom built solutions designed around your existing in-house capability,  at a cost that doesn't require a consultancy budget.

AGM Procurement has been doing exactly that for over 16 years!  

 

Why brand as AGM? No, I'm not an Annual General Meeting. They're my initials  because what I am selling is me, my time, experience and a genuine drive to get the best from supplier relationships.  I don’t hide behind jargon - Procurement should be about equal, transparent processes that deliver real value.
