Integrity is my whole business. My reputation is the only thing I have to sell, so you can be confident I'll act in your interests from start to finish. If I can't add real value, I'll tell you - and where I can, I'll point you to someone in my network who can.

I work with what you already have. Most colleges and trusts have capable people and workable processes. My job is usually to strengthen those, not replace them.

 

I'm hands-on. I draft the documents, moderate the evaluations and write the responses myself. You won't be handed to a junior.

 

I'm current. PA23 practice is still settling. I'm applying it live across multiple procurements every month, so the advice reflects what's actually happening - not what a guidance note said in 2024.

I'm proportionate. Not every procurement needs a full competitive flexible procedure. Knowing when a direct award, a framework call-off or a below-threshold process is the right answer saves far more than any tendered saving.
