AMEX Shop Small

I love the American Express initiative to encourage more spend with small businesses. For the same reason I fully support the Social Value Act 2012 encouraging public sector to support small and local businesses within the parameters of the Public Procurement Regulations 2015. The size of an organisation doesn't always correlate to best value, we should all be looking at smarter ways of working to drive competition, innovation and service levels to deliver best value for money!
