In a statement made 12 September 2024 by the Parliamentary Secretary for the Cabinet Office the implementation of the PA23 will now be implemented 24 February 2025.

All tenders commenced prior to 24 February 2025 and all existing contracts will be subject to the PCR for the life of that contractor 4 years.

All tenders commenced on or after 24 February will be subject to the PA23 which brings with it some added obligations including publication of notices, post tender feedback to be provided to suppliers (old reg 86) and ongoing public KPI reporting obligations for contracts over £5m.
